FAQ

The purchase of your art photography logically raises some questions, so you will find in this section all the answers to the questions you ask before placing an order.

Limited print

Quite simply because all the photographs of art published through our online gallery are produced in limited edition and numbered up to 30 copies maximum in all media and formats, in accordance with French law governing the status of photographic work of art.
You can choose from two types of editions on 30exemplaires.fr:

- Limited editions: the work you choose will be signed by its photographer and you will receive a certificate of authenticity. The photographs for sale on our gallery are therefore generally limited to 30 copies, 20 copies, 10 copies, 8 copies ou 5 copies.

- Unlimited editions: the free edition of the gallery 30 copies, in this category the art photographs are numbered and authenticated, there is however no limitation concerning the number of copies produced for the same photograph.
Each photographic work published by our gallery is accompanied by its certificate of authenticity, it is a document that identifies and authenticates the photograph. All our photographs published in limited series stamped 30 copies are certified and conform to the status of photographic art work defined by French law, feel free to browse our authentication section .
Eager to offer the range that is both eclectic and as qualitative as possible, we are constantly trying to renew the creations and original photographs offered on the site. This in particular in order to be in tune with trends in contemporary photography and to offer the latest novelties but also the finds from the gallery. We have a photographic collection which is constantly enriched, which allows us to offer you throughout the year a large choice of exceptional art photographs in our gallery whatever the artistic themes. You will generally find new items every month on our site, with the entry of new artists or new creations by artists already present in the gallery.
You cannot find the photograph spotted during your last visit, several cases are possible. All copies of the photo may have been sold, indeed when all copies of a photograph are sold, the photograph may simply have been removed from the sale and is no longer visible in the gallery. In any case, do not hesitate to use our search engine, it is still the most efficient way to find a photo in particular. We are also available to inform you about the art work you are looking for.

Prints

The print is printed by the photographer or under his control in the professional printing laboratory PICTO Paris, our gallery partner. In consultation with the latter and the photographers we represent, we define for each photograph the formats and finishes available through the gallery, to guarantee you an exceptional print quality and photographic finish.
The formats of the art photographs in the gallery 30 copies are available according to 4 image sizes, 2 framing options, for 3 types of orientation: Rectangular, square and panoramic. The formats offered by our gallery are numerous, we invite you to consult our section format to make your choice.
The photographs on sale in our gallery are usually available in 6 formats, in consultation with the artists and our partner laboratory PICTO Paris we define for each photograph the formats and finishes made available through the gallery. In this way, we take great care to comply with the printing standards for prints and finishing supports, this is why you will find for each photograph a maximum format that we do not wish to exceed in order to make the pixelation phenomenon more difficult and to guarantee you an irreproachable print quality.
If the photo shoot did not meet your expectations, please be aware that you always have a 14-day return period to return the photo to us and request a refund, free of charge.
The printing and inclusion process under plexiglass that we choose to offer is a very high-end finish. It is a real collage of the photo print under a 3 mm acrylic glass plate and not a "UV printing", a range printing method which consists in directly printing the image on a Transparent PVC, resulting in a more than mediocre rendering.
The gluing process on plexiglass (plexicollage) that we have chosen is more commonly called "Diasec" and consists in taking a "sandwich" of the photographic print between, a 3mm bright transparent acrylic glass and a 2mm Dibon aluminum plate, providing the print enormously deep and a magnificent relief. The art photographs in plexiglass finish of our gallery are real exhibition pieces printed in the rules of the art, do not hesitate to consult our plexiglas printing section to know more.
Yes, if you do not find the ideal format for your photography through the print sizes that we offer, do not hesitate to contact us, we will make sure to respond favorably to your request.

Order

No, it is possible to order as a guest by only indicating your contact details for the delivery of your photograph and information relating to your payment method.
You can pay for your purchase using several payment methods:
- bank card (Visa / Mastercard / CB)
- Paypal
- bank transfer
- Bank check
Cards issued by banks domiciled outside of France must be international bank cards (Mastercard or Visa).
Yes, secure online payment by credit card is made by our payment provider PAYPLUG. The information transmitted is encrypted in the rules of the art and meets the standards of online commerce and in particular SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology. For purchases over € 50, we use the 3D-secure system which asks you to enter a password a code received by SMS on your phone during your purchase, in order to avoid any fraud.
You can follow the preparation of your art photography at any time. To do this, log in to your customer account, in the "My orders" section, then consult the link Tracking your order.
The invoice for your order was normally sent to you by email to the address entered when placing your order or when registering on the site. You can also download your invoice in PDF format from your customer account, in the "my orders" section. Finally, it will also be attached to the dispatch of your package.
Of course, simply select the photographs of your choice and add them to your basket. Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive all of the selected photographs delivered to the address selected when placing your order.
Yes, four hours after placing your order, you can modify or cancel your order by calling 09 54 68 84 30 from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Delivery

We work with DPD France, our partner for all of the gallery's deliveries. You can find all the information relating to the shipment of our photographs in the delivery section.
We deliver our photographs all over Europe, please consult our delivery section in order to know the modalities for a delivery in your country of residence.
Special care is taken in the packaging of your future acquisition, the photographs are protected with 4 corner protectors, a first layer of soft paper to avoid damaging the photo print and a second layer of more robust bubble wrap. The so-called "flat" works: framed photographs, laminated photographs on aluminum, inclusions under Plexiglas and the American box options, are then transported by our transporter in a cardboard box in the appropriate format. Finally, the paper prints are rolled in a protective sheet and sent in a roll in a shipping tube with protective foam.
The delivery times for our photographs are generally 5 to 10 days. They are particularly related to the chosen finish and the period in which you order your photograph. Please consult our dedicated section to find out more.
Of course, you can specify the address of your choice for the delivery of your photograph. However, only the billing address must correspond to the address of the bank card used for payment, in the case of online payment.
Shipping costs are always displayed at the top right of the photograph viewed, under the price of the photograph when selecting the printing options for greater transparency and your comfort in navigation. Transport costs vary depending on the format of your print, the type of framing (the final weight), the destination of the package and the delivery method selected. Our delivery rates concern metropolitan France and the rest of Europe, the list of countries: "EUROPE EU" and "EUROPE OUTSIDE THE EU" can be viewed on our site.
Absolutely you can follow the delivery of the photographs from the “Predict” service of our transporter DPD.
You will find there the photograph (s) ordered, a certificate of authenticity for each photograph, the invoice of your acquisition as well as a practical guide with maintenance tips for your photographs.
Easily, immediately and safely, all the works edited by 30 copies are fitted with a professional hanging system, with the exception of paper prints.

Return

You have a period of 14 days from receipt of the order to return the item (s) at your expense and request an exchange or refund. The exchange or reimbursement of your art photography can be requested by email or using our Contact form, in writing to the address: contact@30exemplaires.fr or by phone at 09.54.68.84.30. Once validated by our services, reimbursement is then made within 14 days of the return of the items. The payment method is the same as the one you used during the initial transaction.
The photograph or photographs concerned must be returned in their original packaging accompanied by their certificate of authenticity and traveled under the same conditions as during shipping by the seller (wrapping paper, wedging material, corner protectors, etc ...). Photographs returned incomplete, damaged or soiled by the customer will not be accepted. The photographs returned under the conditions mentioned above will be the subject of an exchange or a refund of the photographs and the delivery costs mentioned on the order form without any costs.
We will exchange the photography within the limits of available stocks, if the photo is no longer available, you will be offered to choose an equivalent product from the entire photographic collection presented on the site 30 exemplaires.fr. If necessary, our workshop managers will be able to repair the photo if possible. The return costs remain the responsibility of the purchaser, the return costs are our responsibility.
Upon receipt of your package, if you find that it is damaged, please return to the delivery person and tell him the damage suffered. Feel free to take photos of the package with as much detail as possible. Indeed, unfortunately we cannot vouch for damage due to transport. However, do not hesitate to contact us if necessary to tell us about the situation.
